Project Manager (Electrical / Mechanical) c £40k South East / London Ref: KJ 10206 Our client has been providing engineering services in the UK since 1985. Their aim is to provide superior technical engineering and management services across all disciplines to assist clients develop their business in a safe, innovative and cost effective manner. Reporting to the Director in charge of the contract(s) to which you are appointed. The main role is to effectively plan and control all operations according to the responsibilities defined within the Quality Manuals. Typical duties will include taking full control of day to day running of several combined Systems Integration Mechanical Process and Electrical Installation Projects and supervising directly employed trades-people, labourers and apprentices together with specialist and trade subcontractors. The successful candidate will have full understanding of CDM regulations and safe working practices. Will have prepared Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all works for submission to the Principle Contractor, prepare cost estimates of new works and variations to projects for agreement with the Director prior to presentation to the client. In return my client offers a basic salary of c£40k, company car, stakeholder pension scheme, bonus scheme and 20 days holiday + statutory bank holidays per annum.
