A leading Electronics Manufacturing company based in the South is looking for a talented and energetic Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in Solidworks, CorelDraw and Pcad to help with the development of its innovative products.
The successful candidate will ideally be educated to Degree level in Electronics or possibly Mechanical Engineering and have several years post grad industry experience with some Electrical understanding. You will be involved in creating and maintaining PCB and schematic designs whilst working closely with project team members to ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
Based in the South with a competitive salary between £25,000 - £32,000 your duties will involve Schematic and PCB creation, modification and maintenance as well as providing mechanical design and drafting. On a Day to Day basis you will be facilitating the sourcing of components whilst liaising with Product Line Mangers in exploiting opportunities to determine specifications, introduce new products and support customers where required.
