A rare chance to work for a market leading Consultancy has arisen in the Oxford area with an opportunity to work on a variety on construction projects
Remuneration:
£28,000 per annum plus benefits

The client:
My client are a well known consultancy who are involved in a multitude of projects including an office refurb, housing developments, PFI and commercial schemes within both new build and refurbishment.
They have recently won a series of construction projects in the Oxford area and now require an Assistant CDM Coordinator / Graduate CDM Coordinator to assist with the increased workload.
The role:
- Provide support to Senior CDM Coordinators as required in all business issues
- Production of pre-tender Health & Safety plan, files and other associated CDM documents
- Reviewing contractors Method statements and Risk Assessments
- Interfacing with client on project basis
- Advise clients on procurement options and consultant appointment issues
Requirements:
2-3 years CDM Coordinator experience
Consultancy background
Construction project experience
