Assistant to Intermediate Quantity Surveyors – Commercial, Health and Retail Projects

The client:

The job:
As the assistant/Intermediate Quantity Surveyor you will be working on a number of Commercial, Health or Retail construction Projects. My client has a number of high profile projects such as a £1billion PFI health project located in Central London which involves the redevelopment of London’s key health facilities. My client is also involved in a number of leisure and hotel projects such as a Leisure development which comprises of an indoor ski slope with 'real' snow, 10 screen cinema, bowling alley and climbing wall. The development will also include restaurants and bars as well as a number of retail outlets.
Requirements:
• RICS membership or CIOB is a big advantage
• BSc or at least a HND in Quantity Surveying or construction related subject
• 3 years UK Quantity Surveying experience
• Consultancy background preferred but not essential
• Experience working on Construction projects
