Commercial Manager / Senior Commercial Manager - £30m Civils Project.- £55,000 per annum plus benefits
A Commercial Manager / Senior Commercial Manager is required to join a prestigious Main Contractor based in the Hertfordshire area to work on a £30million Civils project.
Remuneration for the commercial manager:
£55,000 per annum plus benefits

My client/opportunity:
Our client is one of the UK’s most principal construction companies in the UK and is part of the worlds largest construction company and deals with a vast number of valuable projects. Due to recent expansion my client requires an excellent Commercial manager to be based in Hertfordshire within the companies Civils division that has an annual turn over of £100m.
Skills/background required by the Commercial Manager:
The successful Commercial Manager will require 15 Years plus Commercial / Quantity Surveying experience
You will also need to have five years Plus Commercial Management experience
Contractor background is essential
Civils background in the last ten years
Knowledge of NEC forms of contract is a preference but not essential
