Remuneration:
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus benefits
The client:
My client is a well recognised construction consultancy which specialises in building projects. They have healthy portfolios of projects for Commercial and Public Sector clients
The role:
Due to a number of recent project wins my clients expanding CDM/Health and Safety department requires the services of a CDM Coordinator to help with the increased work load
My client is well known for there unrivalled career progression. They promote employees on merit and not on the retirement or moving on of an existing employee.
Projects are new build construction and include schools, hospitals, offices, leisure centres, housing and retail stores
Requirements:
Ideally 5+ years CDM Coordinator experience
Consultancy background
Building project experience
APS membership is an advantage
