An ambitious Intermediate Quantity Surveyor is required to join a prestigious sub contractor based in the Hertfordshire area

Remuneration:
£32,000 - £35,000 per annum plus benefits, these include:

The client and the role:
My client is a young and rapidly growing sub contractor that specialises in groundwork’s, demolition, and concrete frames. The office is a young and dynamic environment with the directors in their late 30's / early 40's.

The team of 4 Quantity Surveyors have had a steep learning curve since they started working there resulting in a "hands on" method of training to any new staff.

In the decade of operation my client has seen their turnover grow to an impressive £20million leading to their inclusion into The Sunday Times fast track 100 listings which recognises the fastest growing private companies in the UK.

Due to their continued growth they are in need of an enthusiastic and keen Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work on projects typically valued from £100,000 up to £4million.

As the successful Quantity Surveyor you will be based in Hertfordshire from which you will help cover the whole of London and the Home Counties.

Synopsis:
This is the ideal opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who is looking to grow with a company and get a fast track progression to Project / Senior Quantity Surveyor level.

Requirements:
Ideally 5+ years UK Quantity Surveying experience
Main contractor / Sub contractor background
Positive attitude to progress in their career
Groundwork’s/ Pilling/Civils project experience is essential
