A major contractor currently seeks a Junior Planner / Intermediate Planner with site experience, to be based across major building projects in the South East.
Based from their office in Kent and on site in the region, you will be working alongside a Senior Planner on a wide variety of construction schemes, including schools, prisons, residential, commercial, leisure, retail, etc, these projects are worth up to £20m in value. You will be working on both tenders and live projects and will be provided with further training in key areas.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following:
- Previous planning experience within the construction sector.
- Site experience
- Proficiency with planning software, preferably PowerProject.
- A relevant engineering degree would be desirable although not essential.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
In return, my client can pay a salary of up to £35,000 per annum plus car/allowance, pension, health, etc.
