An Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor is sought to join a leading international Main Contractor based in the Hertfordshire area to work on a range of water mains renewal projects valued at £20million per year. This is an excellent opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to really progress and learn new skills.
Remuneration for the Intermediate Quantity Surveyor /Quantity Surveyor:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum plus benefits

The opportunity for the Intermediate Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor:
As the successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor you will be working on one of my client's water mains renewal project which is valued at around £8million. You will be expected to carry out a range of Quantity Surveying duties including target price setting, final accounts and sub contractor management
This is an ideal opportunity to join a company which will give you excellent exposure to a full range of Quantity Surveying duties on each project. It is an autonomous role and will suit a Quantity Surveyor who is ambitious.

They are within the Top 5 Main Contractors in the UK and have worked on some of the worlds most prestigious projects. They also have excellent on going customer relations and have a desire to succeed and expand within the utilities sector.
Requirements for the Intermediate Quantity Surveyor /Quantity Surveyor:
Ideally more than 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
Water / Utilities project experience is essential
