Their portfolio includes some of the world’s largest and most challenging construction projects, including the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, The Thames Barrier, the Channel Tunnel, Hong Kong's new airport and the Tsing Ma Suspension bridge in Hong Kong.
The job:
My client requires a bright and enthusiastic assistant quantity surveyor to be based in Hampshire - Winchester. As the successful candidate you will work on projects worth £70m - sewage treatment plants valued from £1 million to £15million. You will be working in a team of 11 quantity surveyors assisting the senior surveyors on site.
The project has over three years left however they also have offices local to the site, therefore there is a guaranteed workload in the area.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 years UK Quantity Surveying experience
* Contractor and Utilities/Civils or Construction background
* BSc in Quantity Surveying or construction related subject
This is an ideal role for a candidate who is looking for hands on experience working on a project that offers long term job security. You will be given a lot of support on the project and benefit from a structured training program.
