The role:
Our client due to the winning of new business requires a Project Manager with an established M&E background to project manage all M&E installations on exciting multi -million pound hotel and office developments.
Location:
Site based in central London and East London.

Our client specialise in the design, installation and maintenance of M&E services for multi million pound projects. After a number of prestigious winning bids and a planned expansion our client can offer the sucessfull Project Manager the chance for career progression whilst project managing exciting and challenging projects.
Remuneration:
Dependent on experience a basic of upto £60,000 plus benefits such as car/ travel allowance, pension and health cover is on offer.
Responsibilities:
To carry overall responsibility for the financial success of the contract and have a duty to ensure that costs are controlled at all levels and on all fronts.
To be our clients senior representative for any given contract and have the authority to make decisions on behalf of our client and accept responsibility for all matters affecting the contract.
To be responsible for the overall administration, control, programming, re-programming and progress of the contract.
