Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Piling Project
My client is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a large Piling and Ground-works project, based from their Basingstoke office. The successful Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor will need to have a background in Civils and preferably Ground-works.
Location:
Hampshire and London City
Remuneration:
Up to £45,000 per annum, depending on Quantity Surveyor experience
Full benefits package including car / allowance
All travel expenses
The Company:
My client is responsible for the design and construction of foundations for all types of buildings and civil engineering works, offering an expertise in a wide range of piling techniques. The company is currently in the process of expanding its portfolio of projects, which will further ensure that they continue to offer a complete ground engineering service to its Clients.
The Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
The Quantity Surveyor will work from the Basingstoke office, travelling to Central London one or two times per week, which would be fully expensed by the company. The projects are Piling for Offices and Retail, valued from £50,000 and £6 million.
Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
The successful Quantity Surveyor will need good commercial experience - ideally at least 5 years. The Quantity Surveyor will also need to be good on JCT, NEC and GC-Works contracts, with excellent Civils experience.
