My client are an international consultancy specialising in the provision of Highways, Traffic and Transportation design solutions. They currently require a Principal Engineer who can join their Traffic Management team in Nottingham. The role will involve the planning and design of urban complex roads and rural strategic routes, the identification and justification of highway improvement schemes and the investigastion of highway problems and issues. You will become responsible for a team of 5 Highway Engineers, 2 Traffic Engineers and 3 Graduate / Trainee Engineers. Working on both public and private sector schemes, you should have an excellent understanding of Highways Agency standards, as well as the TSRGD and DMRB. Any experience in any of the following software would be a huge advantage: ARCADY, PICADY, KEYSIGNS, KEYLINES, AUTOCAD,COBA, LINSIG.
