A leading UK based consultancy are currently looking for QMS Consultant to be seconded as part of a new management system which is being set up with a French based customer. Role Quality Management Systems Consultant Based in Caderache, South of France Full time contract requirement ? 4 years duration (commencing April 2010) Scope To join an on-site team to help set up a process based management system to include but not be limited to: - Core processes - Management processes and Support processes Key roles and responsibilities - Definition of project processes and sub processes - Develop a training programme for the process owners in process mapping and process management - Provide guidance and assistance in the writing of procedures and work instructions - Work with the client to assist in continual development of the Process Quality Management System Qualifications and Experience The successful candidate is likely to have the following: - At least 6 years current professional experience in process and quality management consultancy; - Experience in implementation of IAEA GS-R-3 (2006) ?The Management System for Facilities and Activities?. - This is essential (candidates will not be considered without this expertise) - Proven experience in developing Process Quality Management Systems; - Experience of providing training, preferably specifically in training in Process Management; - Will preferably have experience of working in nuclear facilities; - Will have experience and competency to develop a strategy for Process Development - Excellent communications skills Knowledge of French or French speaking would be an advantage but not essential.
