My client a respected EPC contractor are seeking a Cost Controller to assist with the construction of a new Financial District in Doha.
The project will consist of 10 state of the art buildings with an average of 20 to 25 floors per structure built on a land mass of 380,000 plus sqm. Crowning the project will be a 45 story high tower.
To qualify for this position the following is required:
• Degree educated in a relevant field (Finance)
• 3 yrs plus Cost Control experience.
• Cost Control experience within the construction industry.
• Experience of Cost Control on a similar project is highly desirable.
• Start Date: Feb 2010
• Location: Doha
• Fixed term: 3 years
