Being based in the North East of England, we have access to the UK 's largest pool of experienced oil & gas construction management, engineers and skilled labour.

Identification and sourcing of our human resource needs are managed directly by our Human Resources group. Using a central database, this allows us to track a collective pool of local personnel availability. In order to maintain total project control, 95% to 98% of all work is carried out on-site using McNulty’s in-house labour.

Our diligence in regards to the continuous monitoring of competence and performance of both our own personnel and that of our sub contractors is second only to safety.
